Bam Web Design recently set out to create a Real Estate website to prove that WordPress is the perfect platform for the Real Estate industry.
We spent many, many hours researching the available plugins and utilities that would create a beautiful, responsive, easy to use Real Estate website.
We believe that the resulting sample Real Estate site we created, would please even the most descerning client.
The demonstration site is full featured, with simple search functions, contact forms that detail the property being enquired about and is fully responsive, making it mobile friendly and Google search compliant.
Listings are grouped by type ie: Sale, Rental, Business, Land, etc.
Property Location maps use symbols to denote what type of property it is, where there are many properties available in a small area the number of properties are shown as a number, zooming out the map will allow the properties to show what type they are.
All listings are driven by a plugin created by a developer that had strong experience in the Real Estate business and has created a plugin as a result of that which meets the industries needs, many premium add ons are available for this plugin, which is initially FREE, it is also highly customisable to meet the needs of individual businesses.
There is currently a premium CMS (Customer Management System) addon being developed for this plugin to make it more office friendly.
We have also shown how your site can be translated properly, as opposed to using a simple Google Translate plugin, however the translated pages where only quickly translated using Google Translate and as such will most likely not read properly, but again it is only meant to be a demonstration of what is available.
Proper translation of every page will incur some expense, if you need to have it done by a professional translator, unless you have staff or good friends who can translate it for you.
