The simplistic “Book A Room” button, is quite often all a small bar or business with a few guest rooms needs. It allows the guests, to specify the type of room they would like to book, their stay duration and check in — check out dates, plus an area for them to specify any additional requirements they might have (if you have more than one room style, multiple buttons can be added, 1 for each style). We can also add a PayPal payment gateway for you to take room booking deposits. Of course the more integrated the system we implement, the higher the cost of it will be, so it depends entirely on your business type, as to the type of system that will get the job done for you.

To put the 2 different systems into perspective, our client, Rabbi’s Elephant Bar & Guesthouse, has only 8 rooms, in 2 styles, so they are happy to use a semi manual system and control it themselves, whereas our client Jasmine Hotel Pattaya, has over 60 rooms in varying styles and as such, has elected to use a more integrated and automated system.

We can also add image galleries for hotels — guest rooms, to depict the features of your rooms (as per the sample gallery below) and encourage a new prospective guest, to book a room with you, the easier it is for them to book a room, the higher the chances they will book with you. Guest testimonials can also be added to enhance the reputation of your lodgings and subsequently reduce your vacancy rate.
